Gryphon Track & Field strives to continue providing a safe, fun, inclusive, and performance driven student-athlete experience that leads the way in the Canadian sporting landscape.
Your generous contribution directly impacts our student-athletes, enabling continued championship-level support. It helps cover enhanced travel, crucial competitions, and valuable experience. It also aids in expensive equipment renewal for a safe and efficient training environment across all disciplines.
Gryphon T&F has set a goal to raise $20,000 annually to minimize student-athlete fees and ensure continued program development. Together, we can continue to provide a nurturing environment that fosters personal growth, academic success, and athletic achievement for all of our Gryphon student-athletes.
Make an Impact
You are so important to the success of the Track & Field / XC program! Your donation will be used to:
- Help cover costs to one major NCAA indoor meet, ex. Boston/Penn State (bus, hotels) ($5000)
- Help cover costs to one major outdoor competition, ex. Penn Relays (bus, hotels) ($5000)
- Help cover costs for a pre-season XC and/or T&F camp ($5000)
- Help cover replacement costs for major equipment items ($5000)
- Help cover travel costs for assistant coaches/medical staff for Outdoor championships ($1000)
About Track & Field
The Gryphon Track & Field team boasts an illustrious history, marked by a legacy of excellence on and off the track. With an impressive record of 44 National team championships, the Gryphons have established themselves as THE dominant force in Canadian collegiate track and field.
Gryphon Track & Field continues to produce a remarkable number of Canadian national team athletes, with hundreds of Gryphons having represented Canada at various international competitions, including 9 student-athletes at the Olympic Games. This serves as a testament to the program’s coaching staff and their ability to identify, train, and develop athletes who excel at the highest levels.
In recent years, the Gryphon Track & Field team has continued its winning tradition. The Women’s program has secured five consecutive national championships, while the men have dominated with a record setting six consecutive titles. This run speaks volumes about the team’s dedication, talent, and commitment to excellence.
