Answer: Occasionally there may be a delay on the thermometer. Please allow 10-15 minutes for your donation to appear on the goal tracker. If it’s still not there after 15 minutes, please contact us at annualgiving@uoguelph.ca and we will be happy to assist you!

Answer: Yes! We would be happy to ensure your gift is included on the project, simply reach out to annualgiving@uoguelph.ca and we’ll get the details we need to make this happen.

Answer: Absolutely, all gifts made to the projects at give.uoguelph.ca are eligible for charitable tax receipts. If you made a one-time payment, your tax receipt will be emailed to the email you provided within 3-5 business days after making your gift. If you opted to make a monthly gift, you will be emailed a consolidated charitable tax receipt in mid to late January the following year.

Answer: Adding your name to the Supporters tab is completely your choice! Once you make your gift, we will ask you to check a box to let us know if you’d like your information to be included on the Supporters tab. You’ll also be prompted to add a photo if you’d like and a little note to include as well. Again, all of this is entirely optional, choose whatever works best for you.

Answer: Yes you can! We’re so lucky to have incredible staff and faculty who choose to support the University of Guelph and we’ve made it our mission to make it easy for you to do so. As you’re making a gift, please select Payroll Deduction as your gift type and follow the prompts from there. Your donation details will then be sent through to a member of our team and they will ensure your payroll deduction gift is all set up.

Answer: Circumstances change, and we completely understand that you may need to cancel your monthly gift. We’re going to make it an easy process for you, simply reach out to us at donate@uoguelph.ca or give us a call at 519-824-4120 ext. 56934 and we’ll process your cancellation.
